Vibratory Grizzly Feeder

FEEDER BODY:

Fully Welded Construction with ribbed & Stiffened side plates.

IMAPCT SECTION:

Bolted Renewable linear plate supported by closed pitch heavy rolled steel section.

GRIZZLY BARS:

Fabricated from large section mild steel plate with tapered wearing surface of Wear Resistant Steel and can be supplied as single or double step (as illustration). Each Grizzly Bar is bolted to support beams and grizzly openings can be adjusted to suit actual requirements.

COIL SPRINGS:

Heavy duty helical coil springs are located under each end of the main body, to isolate vibration, and also to absorb the shock load imposed by the vehicles discharging quarried rock on to the Feeder.

VIBRATING UNIT:

The vibrating mechanism is connected to the main body by a series of high tensile bolts, it is a fabricated, dust proof enclosure. Fitted with 2 contra-rotating geared eccentric shafts, mounted in heavy duty splash lubricated self-aligning roller bearings, to give linear action, acting at 45 Deg. It is possible to adjust the amplitude by the addition of weights to the eccentric shafts.
